Terms of Service

1. Definitions

  • "Platform": the JustMake website (justmake.dev) and application (app.justmake.dev)
  • "User": any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform
  • "Content": any text, code, designs, databases, or digital assets generated through the Platform
  • "Services": all features, tools, and capabilities provided by JustMake
  • "Subscription": a paid plan granting access to premium features

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JustMake, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use JustMake. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must not share your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • One person or entity per account unless otherwise agreed in writing

5. MVP Phase & Early Access

JustMake is currently in MVP (Minimum Viable Product) phase. During this period:

  • Features may be added, modified, or removed without prior notice
  • Service availability is not guaranteed 24/7
  • Performance may vary as we optimize the platform
  • Feedback provided during early access may be used to improve the product
  • Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access; invitations are sent based on signup order and use case fit

6. Services Provided

JustMake provides AI-powered digital product generation including:

  • Website generation from natural language prompts
  • Backend and database schema generation
  • Admin panel creation
  • Integration with local payment gateways
  • Hosting and deployment services
  • Code export capabilities (Pro and Business plans)

7. User Content and Ownership

7.1 Your Input

You retain ownership of all prompts, business descriptions, and specifications you provide.

7.2 Generated Content

Content generated by JustMake using your inputs belongs to you. You may use, modify, distribute, and commercialize generated content freely, subject to these Terms.

7.3 Code Export

Exported source code is yours to use without restriction. JustMake retains no rights to exported code.

7.4 License to JustMake

You grant JustMake a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your inputs solely to provide the Services. We do not use your content to train AI models without explicit consent.

8. Prohibited Use

You may NOT use JustMake to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
  • Build platforms for harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
  • Create phishing sites or malware distribution
  • Violate intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract AI models
  • Circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Resell access without an authorized reseller agreement
  • Generate content that violates Moroccan law

9. Subscription and Payment

9.1 Plans

  • Freemium: 0 MAD — limited builds, JustMake branding
  • Starter: 190 MAD/month — for creators
  • Pro: 490 MAD/month — full features, code export
  • Business: 1,490 MAD/month — multi-project, priority
  • Pay-as-you-go: credit-based, no commitment

9.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Payments processed through CMI, CIH Pay, or international card processors.

9.3 Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.

9.4 Price Changes

We may adjust pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers keep their rate until the next renewal cycle.

10. Availability and Uptime

We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee it, especially during MVP phase. Scheduled maintenance will be announced 48 hours in advance when possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY MOROCCAN LAW:

  • JustMake is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for losses resulting from third-party integrations or payment processors

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify JustMake against claims arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Intellectual Property

  • The JustMake brand, logo, and platform design are property of JustMake Labs
  • JustMake AI technology and algorithms are proprietary
  • Users may not copy, modify, or distribute the Platform itself

14. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice when possible
  • Upon termination: your generated content remains yours; export before account closure
  • Provisions that should survive termination will survive (IP, liability, indemnification)

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiation (30 days)
  • Mediation in Casablanca, Morocco
  • Courts of Casablanca, Morocco

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.

17. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

18. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification 30 days in advance.
