  • Demo bookings: name, email, preferred time, business description
  • Payment information: processed securely through third-party payment processors (CMI, Stripe). We never store full credit card numbers.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device information: browser type, operating system, device type, screen resolution
  • Usage data: pages visited, time spent, click patterns, referring URLs
  • Location data: approximate location based on IP address (country/city level only)
  • Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies, preference cookies, analytics cookies

We do NOT sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Service providers: hosting (Vercel), email (Gmail SMTP), scheduling (Cal.com), analytics (Vercel Analytics), payment processing (CMI)
  • Legal requirements: if required by law, court order, or governmental authority in Morocco
  • Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

All service providers are bound by data processing agreements and may only use your data to provide services to us.

6. Data Retention

  • Waitlist data: retained until you request deletion or 24 months after signup, whichever comes first
  • Account data: retained for the duration of your account plus 12 months after deletion
  • Contact form messages: retained for 12 months
  • Analytics data: aggregated and anonymized after 26 months
  • Payment records: retained for 5 years as required by Moroccan tax law

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

  • TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit
  • Encrypted storage at rest (AES-256)
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
  • Access controls limited to authorized personnel
  • Hosted on Vercel with SOC 2 Type II compliance

No method of transmission is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Moroccan Data Protection Law

This policy complies with Moroccan Law n°09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, overseen by the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel).
